As former leaders of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, we understand the challenges plan sponsors face in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities and in reducing fiduciary risks. We formed Act2 Retirement Consulting in order to leverage our knowledge and experience in helping sponsors better manage their defined contribution plans.
Act2 has the knowledge and experience to help our clients meet their fiduciary responsibilities. We act solely in the best interests of our clients in our role as a functional fiduciary and we do not accept fee payments from investment or service providers. Our services include assisting clients in establishing or reviewing their investment policy statement, establishing proper criteria for fund selection, retention and removal and making written recommendations to the committee to consider when making investment decisions. This helps our clients meet their fiduciary obligations by establishing and documenting that a thorough process was followed with the assistance of a prudent expert.
In addition to assisting you with the investment process, we can also leverage our experience in vendor management and negotiation, benchmarking, plan design, service offerings, and special projects related to M&A activity, compliance, audits, or conversions.
